Programme gastronomic weekend
The price of the gastronomic weekend includes:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner as per the programme
- 3 overnight stays
- 2 three-hour cooking lessons in the afternoon
- Visit to the Fumanelli winery with wine tasting and traditional lunch
- Cookbook, apron, CD with photo and certificate of attendance
- Superb Cantina Fumanelli wines served during dinner
- House wine, tea and coffee are provided free of charge
PROGRAMME FOR GASTRONOMIC WEEKEND: (from Thursday to Sunday)
Day 1:
Registration and welcome cocktail.
Dinner in la Foresteria and presentation of the programme by our chef.
Day 2:
Rich buffet breakfast.
Visit to the nearby Fumanelli wine cellars, the Roman ruins, and the vineyards,
Opportunity to taste Amarone and other local traditional products under the ancient barchesse.
3pm: first cooking lesson.
Evening meal with the dishes prepared during the class.
Day 3:
Rich buffet breakfast and free morning.
3pm: second cooking lesson.
Farewell dinner with presentation of certificates by the Verona Slow Food Presidium.
Day 4:
Rich buffet breakfast.
