Merlot 50 %, Teroldego 30 %, Corvina 20 %
The grapes are hand cropped at the best maturation stage. Merlot grapes in over-maturation in the end of September, Teroldego and Corvina are let to dry in wooden plateaux for a short period, about 20 days.
Traditional vinification in red for more than one month. After a long cold maceration of the peels start a slow fermentation with natural leavens and controlled temperature. The wine age in french tonneaux for more than 30 months.
The blend of Merlot grapes in over-maturation and the traditional sistem of appassimento for Teroldego and Corvina creates an exclusive wine. Softness and sweetness are mixed with tannin well mature for celebrate taste and full armony.
An intens ruby red with violet reflexes. Tipical nose mature fruits, spiced, ethereal. Full body and warm on the palate, elegance tannin. Remains small red fruits, currant and raspberry. Long lasting and harmonic.
